WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We do our best to be as timely as possible in our shipments. We usually get packages out in a day or so, utilizing USPS for domestic shipping. Once shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email.


WHAT IS YOUR FREE SHIPPING POLICY (US only)

Free shipping is only available in the United States. 



DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We do, but it is difficult to so this through our website. Best thing we can offer is for you to note the item(s) and contact us directly via email about it. We can then calculate the shipping to your location and send you the adjusted total including shipping. We can then process the transaction via PayPal or one of several other services we utilize (Venmo, CashApp, etc.).


When emailing us about an international purchase, be sure to note the item's exact name, or better yet, copy the link and include it in the email.



WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We will gladly replace items broken or damaged during shipping (reasonable proof must be provided, of course). 


Keep in mind that Wearable Zen creates unique, one-of-a-kind items. Sometimes it is impossible to obtain the same components (i.e., charms, beads, pieces) or replicate the original design. 


Situations will be addressed on a case by case basis. We will always endeavor to do the right thing, whether it means replicating/replacing an item where possible, or issuing a full refund.

International Orders?

YES! We ship internationally! But we unfortunately cannot do this for free like domestic orders. Best thing to do is contact us directly with the item you are interested in and we will take it from there.
